FBi Construction seeks competent individuals willing to work with our experienced team on commercial and industrial construction projects within the Pee Dee and/or Horry/Georgetown County areas

FBi Construction is a commercial/industrial GC with offices in Florence, SC and Myrtle Beach, SC. The position would be for projects in SC and NC within a 150 miles of our offices.

Requirements:

-At least 3 years of experience as Commercial Construction Superintendent or 5 years as an Assistant Superintendent

-Manage projects from $100k to $30M

-Ensure implementation of FBi safety program to create a safe work environment throughout the jobsite.

-Ensure compliance with design requirements, budget, schedule, federal, state, and local codes

-Lead, supervising and developing all FBi field staff, including providing input on performance appraisals

-Oversee work among all trades to promote and coordinate project operations. Resolving local area problems regarding procedures, precedence, design clarifications, adequate labor and equipment, schedule and all other appropriate matters.

-Project layout, planning, scheduling, coordination, quality control, and supervision of project team members

-Communicate effectively with owners, subcontractors, and design team

-Experience with technology and/or ability to learn

-Manage and make decisions related to the performance of work related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control and trade employee staffing levels

-Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

-Perform other duties as assigned or needed for a successful project completion
